Reflexology, like other modalities, can be immediately effective, sometimes not. It usually depends on how long you have had the condition.
With a chronic condition I usually recommend 3 treatments in 14 days, the Chinese practice once a day for 10 days (30 min). So it is good to trust your practitioner and his/her recommendations but ultimately it is your intuition/judgment that must be relied on.
It can take some bodies several sessions to get to a place where the effects will last a month. Until then the effects (good feelings) may last from days to a week. We aim to get the effects lasting for a month at least.
